#5 New Year's Eve in Chicago
This year, the Windy City is pulling out all the stops on December 31 with a brand-new event: Chi-Town Rising. The celebration, happening along the Chicago River, is slated to attract more than 100,000 attendees and 1 million television viewers. The six-hour-long extravaganza is free and will feature live entertainment, parties at multiple venues, a massive fireworks display and a countdown that'll mesmerize the crowds!
